EVENT SPONSOR APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in being a sponsor for our upcoming Top Golf Fundraiser. The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at Top Golf located at 20101 Century Blvd, Germantown, MD 20874 from at 3 pm. This event is expected to last about 2 -3 hours. We are excited for the opportunity for our guests to network with you and learn about our program.
About The Event
As noted, this event will be held at Top Golf. Guests will arrive at this location and will be invited to play various games with their peers while also having the opportunity to network with other guests and sponsors, such as yourself. An All American Buffet will be provided as well as drinks. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased at an additional cost. Toward the end of the event, we will thank our guests for attending our fundraiser, recognize our sponsors, and give out raffle prizes. After the event, guests will be encouraged to continue networking with our sponsors. This is a ticketed event and tickets will only be sold online.
There are three sponsorship opportunities outline for your below. Please review to determine which opportunity best suits you. We ask that sponsors arrive to at the beginning of the event so that we can acknowledge you and encourage sponsors to stay throughout the event so that at the end of the event, we can recognize you and share out additional information about your business. Sponsors are encouraged to bring items to provide as a raffle prize. Sponsors are also encouraged to provide business cards that will be added to our grab bags. If you will be providing a raffle prize, please indicate this on the form. Application and sponsor fee are due by August 1, 2022.
